Filing a Complaint

The procedure for parents to lodge a complaint against the district can be found in the 022-2023 Student and Family Rights and Responsibilities Handbook starting at page 113. This is policy KE-R, which can also be viewed here. This is a subject of policy KE, covering complaints and general and worth reading.

The process for teachers appears different; the process would be to file a grievance as covered in policy GBK.

If you wish to file a complaint against the superintendent or a board member, direct that to the school board president.
